All of my holidays will be different from now on since mother passed in August. This year's Thanksgiving was spent with family friends. I had a wonderful time but also felt lonely. Making my Mother's macaroni and cheese was a huge comfort. I also enjoyed the company of lifelong friends and calls from family members. I am looking forward to the holiday break so that I can work on new creative opportunities and get some rest.
